What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service and explain issues clearly
• Travel to job sites in company vehicles and complete service calls efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
• Document work, generate invoices, and suggest solutions for home comfort improvements

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC experience and EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Comfort working in various conditions (attics, crawlspaces, extreme temperatures)
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
