Norca Air Conditioning and Heating, Corp. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned team. You will troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install residential and commercial systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal or Type II certification, own tools, a clean driving record, and fluency in English and Spanish. Opportunities include on-call duties and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable HVAC service experience on residential/commercial systems.
• EPA Universal or EPA Type II certification required.
• Own hand tools and clean driving record for company vehicle use.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install various HVAC equipment.
• Explain issues to customers and propose follow-up work as needed.
• Supervise apprentices and provide guidance as required.
• Follow safety policies and stay current with new technologies.
• Be available for on-call duties and occasional after-hours work.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Read blueprints and access rooftops as needed.

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of various types of mechanical equipment for residential and commercial properties.
• Clearly and professionally communicate with customers to explain any issues discovered during troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair work, and provide follow-up proposals for additional work as needed.
• Supervise apprentices and provide guidance and direction as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies in the field.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Be available for on-call duty and occasional after-hours work.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites and maintain a clean driving record.
• Lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and access rooftops and other equipment as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of verifiable experience as an HVAC Service Technician diagnosing commercial and residential air conditioning equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting variable speed, communication, and two-stage systems.
• Positive attitude, energetic, courteous, and professional at all times.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record that qualifies for being insured by our company\'s auto insurance provider.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• General computer skills and familiarity with using mobile devices for work-related tasks.
• EPA certification required: EPA Universal or EPA Type II.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
