Pipeline Plumbing in Tigard, OR is seeking an HVAC Service or Maintenance Technician to join a family‑oriented team. You will clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems, troubleshoot equipment and ensure safe operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
