Specialty Heating & Cooling in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial systems while delivering professional service.

You will troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and thermostat issues, perform preventative maintenance, and keep accurate service records. Valid license and clean driving history required; strong communication and teamwork preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as HVAC residential service technician or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver license with clean history.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and thermostat/control issues.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
