LYNN AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY INC D is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to manage installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and extensive knowledge in residential HVAC and refrigeration.

This role offers a competitive pay range of $25-30 per hour alongside paid vacation, health benefits, and opportunities for bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge.
• Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock.
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced and clean.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports.
• Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training.

Specific Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems
• Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed which may includecross-training in fun positions!
