Job summary

Conejo Services, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

You will explain options to clients, set up systems, and conduct performance tests while contributing to training and pricing feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of service experience with portfolio of work.
• EPA Certification is required.
• HVAC Technical School certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems per company standards.
• Explain options and set up systems including pumps and ducts.
• Perform testing and balancing; provide feedback to Service Manager on training needs and inventory.

$2,500 sign-on bonus!!

Job Summary

Conejo Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Your primary job function would be to provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.

Residential HVAC technicians install and repair home heating and air quality systems, as well as refrigeration systems. They might specialize in installation or repair, certain types of systems or equipment. Prior to installing an HVAC system, technicians review specifications and explain to clients the varying product options. Once an agreement has been reached, they set up the system, which can include installing pumps and air ducts. Residential HVAC technicians may periodically return to check up on the system and perform any preventative maintenance, as well as troubleshoot system issues as they arise; they adjust system settings and conduct performance tests using specialized tools. Additionally, residential HVAC technicians may be responsible for selling maintenance contracts to customers.

Required Qualifications

• 7 + years' service experience (must be able to provide a portfolio of work
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired.
