We are looking for HVAC Service Technicians to work in our Santa Cruz and San Jose locations.

We are Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical and we have a full-time position available for an experienced HVAC Service Technician. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

We are looking for someone with proven leadership capability and a MINIMUM of 5+ years experience in the following areas (residential & commercial):

1. Residential service experience
2. Ride along with Apprentice trainee, passionate about coaching and teaching others the trade
3. Price and write estimates, and close bids
4. Communicate with customers and property managers
5. Willing to work on-call schedule
