Job summary

Gentry Service Group is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to join a growing Western North Carolina team. You will perform service calls, diagnostics, and repairs with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

We offer competitive compensation, 3 weeks of PTO, paid training, and ongoing professional development. Work hours are typically 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay plus commissions, spiffs, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service experience in HVAC or related fields.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Completion of HVAC training preferred.
• EPA certified.
• NATE certified or obtain within 1 year of hire.
