McWilliams in Richmond, TX is seeking an HVAC Service Technician who takes ownership, communicates well with homeowners, and earns based on performance. You will diagnose issues, discuss options, and deliver a great customer experience on every visit.

You will run residential service calls, with uncapped performance-based pay, a company vehicle, and access to ongoing training. The role requires a Texas HVAC license (or progress toward one) and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in occupied homes.
• A valid Texas HVAC license (or actively working toward obtaining one).
• Ability to diagnose systems and present repair and replacement options to homeowners effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the capability to explain solutions and demonstrate value.
• Goal-driven mindset with the desire to earn based on performance.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record (a company vehicle will be provided).
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
