Job Details

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings, including air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing effective solutions.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals for seamless integration of HVAC systems into building designs.
• Respond to emergency HVAC calls promptly to minimize downtime.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Document all work performed with accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA Universal certification (preferred, not required).
• O6A or O6B license (preferred, not required).
