Lyndon Heating & Air is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to service and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings. This role emphasizes quality work, teamwork, and customer trust.

You will diagnose problems, perform reliable repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and keep detailed service records while communicating clearly with customers about progress and expectations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and comfort working with residential HVAC.
• Experience working with refrigerants and a solid understanding of safety protocols.
• A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t cut corners.
• Someone who can work independently but is also a team player.

What You’ll Do:

As part of our team, you’ll service and repair heating and cooling systems in both residential and light commercial settings. You’ll diagnose problems, make reliable repairs, and help homeowners feel confident their systems are in the right hands.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting issues and making solid, lasting repairs
• Collaborating with clients to find solutions that make sense for their space and budget
• Keeping accurate service records and part usage logs
• Communicating clearly with customers so they know what’s going on and what to expect
