Qualifications:
* 5+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Service & Diagnostic Technician.* Expert-level diagnostic and repair skills for all major HVAC brands and systems.* Proven sales track record with a customer-centric approach.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.* Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to exceed expectations.* EPA certification.* Clean driving record.* Ability to pass a background check.
