R Buck Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician in Pueblo, CO to diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. The role emphasizes strong customer service and safe, efficient problem solving.

You will participate in manufacturer trainings and safety programs while handling heavy equipment and outdoor work. The position requires 5–8 years of HVAC experience and a HVAC degree or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years HVAC service experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.
