Compensation:

$35,000 - $75,000+ DOE yearly

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and actively participating in the installation and repair of HVAC systems in residential & light commercial settings in North Little Rock, AR, US.
• Providing excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Diagnosing HVAC and equipment issues as a primary task in daily responsibilities.
• Conducting necessary repairs, replacements, and installations of HVAC systems when required.
• Performing preventative maintenance and warranty services to ensure HVAC system longevity.
• Ensuring safe and timely completion of all assigned jobs within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working in HVAC assistance or a related field.
• A valid and clean driver's license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in HVAC and Electrical systems is essential.
• Familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment such as package units, gas furnaces, evaporator coils, and more.
• Knowledge of ductwork including plenums, hard ducts, and vent pipe types.
• Experience with running electrical circuits is a bonus.
• Candidates must reside within a 30-mile radius of the office.
