• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our family! SIGNA HVAC SYSTEMS is located in Whitestone NY since 2011. We are an installation (including plan and spec projects), maintenance and service company. We serve all 5 boroughs with a main client base in Manhattan. We work on conventional systems, VRF's water and air cooled systems, cooling towers, heating systems and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of electrical, mechanics inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair skills
2. Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
3. Perform routine preventative maintenance
4. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
5. Fill out job tickets via phone or Tablet
6. Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism
7. Strong customer communication skills

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Previous experience in HVAC.
2. Minimum of 3 years of commercial, residential equipment
3. Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
4. Ability to handle physical workload
