Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Some sales experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and refrigerant level checks.
• Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Support sales goals by promoting service agreements and upselling products when appropriate.
• Communicate clearly with customers about system conditions and recommended repairs.
