Job summary

The Lindi Corp in Mesquite, NV is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. We provide competitive pay and a supportive environment that values hard work and customer satisfaction.

As an HVAC technician you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, communicate clearly with clients, and help them understand operation and options. Valid EPA certification and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid EPA certification required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and MVR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients about system operation and maintenance needs.
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrades.
• Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.
