Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations (preferred).
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting estimates, discussing pricing, and closing sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate customer records.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices.
• Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details.
