The technician will consult with clients, perform routine maintenance, and provide clear recommendations while maintaining accurate service records. A valid driver's license and EPA Journeyman license are preferred, and the company offers career advancement

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
• EPA certification, and Journeyman's license (a plus).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$80,000 USD - $150,000 USD
