Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and service air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
• Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software.
• Ensure work aligns with industry standards.
• Explain issues in non-technical terms to clients.

What will you do?

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the

• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to drive and sit for extended periods

Pay Transparency

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $100k to $200k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
