The SEER Groupis hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians. Servicing the Lewis & Clark Valley for over 30 years with an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, we're looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team!

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location:Idaho 83501
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 /hr - Includes up to $10,000 hiring bonus, Relocation assistance available.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave.
Extras: Company-issued uniforms, tool allowance, vehicle to commute from job to job, and gas card.
Position Type: Full-time

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Job Requirements

HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 1 year of previous HVAC service tech experience
• R-22 and R-410 certified
• Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
• Ability to use basic hand tools, meters, and other hand-held electronic devices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
