Integrity Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking hungry, motivated Service Techs to join our growing team on the Eastern Shore.

We’re locally owned and operated, with top pay and a bonus structure, plus a take-home company vehicle and fuel card to support on-site service delivery. As a HVAC/R service technician, you will install, maintain, repair, and diagnose systems from schematics, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HVAC systems and refrigeration techniques.
• Experience as a service technician in HVAC/R.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills in equipment repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC design and schematics interpretation.
• Valid driver's license with van-driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring safety and performance.
• Diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge, providing timely repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
• Travel to multiple job sites, delivering service promptly and keeping records.
• Collaborate with team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
