Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections to identify potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and offering professional recommendations.
• Recommend system upgrades, IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) products, and maintenance agreements.
• Document service activities accurately and efficiently using ServiceTitan software.
• Maintain a professional image through proper uniform, personal grooming, and a clean, organized service vehicle.
• Generate leads for Comfort Advisors by identifying potential upgrade opportunities.
• Mentor apprentices and support team collaboration.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
• Maryland HVAC Journeyman License (Required for top pay range).
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Comfort with year-round outdoor work and physical demands related to HVAC service tasks.

Work Schedule:
