Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is expanding with a new Louisville, KY branch and is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech to join our growing team. This full-time, year-round role offers training, tools, and a path to higher earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC experience
• KY HVAC Journeyman License required
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Tech:

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 3-5 years of residentialHVAC experience
• Must hold a KY HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
