Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Experienced)

Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. On call rotation approximately 1-week per month. Service ends at 11PM nightly.

Compensation: Competitive wage plus OT, health, dental and vision benefits, retirement plan

Position Summary: Lead a team to install heating and air conditioning systems providing our customers with a high quality experience.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proficient diagnosing and repairing problems with heat pumps, furnaces, ductless units, RTUs
2. Proficient in HVAC functional design of ductwork systems
3. Understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and of residential and light commercial systems
4. Bonus for experience with Geothermal units
5. Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
6. Proficient knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
7. Ability to test and balance systems
8. Understand and apply relevant codes
9. High school diploma or its equivalent
