With over 100 years of combined team experience, we offer fast shipping from our warehouse and professional installation services in central Indiana. We're building a network of skilled professionals, including HVAC professionals, to support our mission of delivering reliable, affordable solutions to homeowners and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely services and installs HVAC equipment and components, including furnaces, A/C units, water heaters, ductwork, and gas lines
• Maintain, repair, and replace heating and cooling systems. This often includes regular filter changes, system inspections, cleaning coils and components, and ensuring proper refrigerant levels.
• Accurately wire both high-voltage and low-voltage system
• Install and braze copper refrigerant lines as needed. Install sheet metal and flexible ductwork in manufactured homes and residential/light commercial buildings as needed.
• Pre-measure and plan each job to determine required materials and tools
• Load, transport, and verify all job materials and equipment
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to code, meeting manufacturer and safety specifications
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for every job, including signatures, invoices, and payment handling
• Communicate with dispatch and management to provide real-time updates on job status, delays, or issues
• Respond to customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain and care for company-issued tools and equipment
• Complete diagnostic readings using appropriate test instruments
  
  

Requirements

• Previous HVAC installation and/or service experience is required. Two (2) years of experience of HVAC installation and three (3) years of experience of HVAC service are preferred.
• EPA certification is required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC installation, service, and related HVAC tools and test instruments is required.
• Completion of a trade program in an applicable field is preferred.
• Maintains a valid driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
• Working knowledge of HVAC installation, start up, related HVAC tools and test instruments.
• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to distinguish between different HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Demonstrates solid problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work on-call and overtime hours require.
