Job description

Join to apply for the HVAC Service Technician role at Luihn VantEdge Partners, LLC.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment such as Packaged RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air-cooled chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, pumps, and motors.
2. Operate and navigate Building Automation Systems (e.g., Trane, Honeywell, JCI).
3. Use service software for VRF systems from manufacturers like Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu.
4. Work independently with limited guidance.
5. Complete service tickets and timesheets electronically and email them.
6. Travel between Huntsville & Birmingham during peak seasons.

Requirements include at least 5 years of field service experience, ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, familiarity with Building Automation Systems and manufacturer’s service software, self-motivation, and ability to travel.

Additional requirements:

• Pass background, drug, MVR, and physical ability tests.
