Job Description

This technician supports the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic products and problems; refer complex issues to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills to determine service needs.
• Communicate with management about inspections and corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols diligently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Be flexible to work overtime, on-call, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-6 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Technical skills in maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Willingness to be on-call periodically.
• Travel may be required occasionally.

Physical Requirements

Technicians must be able to safely perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 75 lbs, working at heights, and handling tools and equipment.
