Job summary

Nicholson Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems at customer homes. You will perform preventative maintenance and deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This role offers year-round, full-time work, a competitive base salary plus a bonus program, and opportunities for growth from within. Training and development are emphasized across the team.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Clean and neat appearance with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance at client homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with customers.

What our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
