Job summary

Nicholson Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, and Air Conditioning seeks an HVAC Install Technician who is passionate about problem solving and customer service, to install residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.

We offer competitive compensation with base salary and bonus, year‑round full-time work, robust paid training (150 hours per year), and opportunities for growth from within. We sponsor Journeyman license and NATE certification for qualified technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Clean, neat appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Hard-working and motivated to grow.

Responsibilities

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
• Provide strong customer service and clear communication during installations.
• Follow safety and quality standards on every job.
