Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician required.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.

Overview

Looking to TradeUP? WeCare Air, Plumbing and Electric is now hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong technical skills and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems - reheat coils, air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
• Problem-solving ability.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree in automotive engineering technology preferred.
• At least 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
