Job Description:
The Service Technician is responsible for performing a range of HVAC jobs for residential and commercial customers. The technician must be able to accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.

Technician Duties:
- Perform service calls on all residential makes and brands
- Perform service calls on light commercial equipment
- Perform repairs on residential and light commercial equipment
- Perform maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Post HVAC program education is a bonus
- Clean driver’s license with ability to drive a van/truck
- One or more years of successful experience as a service or installation technician
- Good verbal and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' instructions and communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, etc.
- Physical ability to perform all duties under various conditions, including extreme weather
- Ability to climb ladders and access roofs (commercial)
- Interest and initiative in maintaining and advancing HVAC skills through self-study, training, workshops, and professional development
- Ability to work under pressure, with a non-standard schedule, and accommodate weather and customer needs
