Your New Role

Based out of Flemington, NJ, you’ll be servicing residential and commercial customers throughout Central New Jersey. From multi-family properties to single-family homes and light commercial buildings, you’ll be the expert they count on to stay comfortable year-round.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Install HVAC components per manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns

• Utilize FieldLocate for job management, documentation, and photo uploads

• Collaborate with dispatch and service management for smooth daily operations

• Provide clear, professional communication with customers and teammates

• Valid driver’s license

• EPA certification required

• 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience

• Ability to diagnose and repair furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless systems, and rooftop units

• Comfortable with electrical systems, controls, and combustion analysis

• Ability to troubleshoot zoning systems and economizers

• Must be capable of reading wiring diagrams and following safety protocols

• Physically fit to work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and on rooftops

• Strong communication skills with a drive to educate and serve customers

• NATE certification and experience with Mitsubishi, Lennox, or Trane are a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
