If you’re a problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of experience in the field, you might be perfect for our HVAC service technician position. Our growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential in this dynamic role. You should have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced, and why. Compensation:

$25 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Certify that newly installed components function properly
• Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment in homes and businesses
• Keep records of completed projects and parts used
• Present customers with a total for HVAC services, repairs, and installations
• Understand and utilize electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a positive attitude
• EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
• Required state and local HVAC technician licenses
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service
