Grille Mechanical Contractors in Wall Township, NJ is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned team. You will diagnose, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial customers, delivering dependable service with a focus on quality workmanship.

We offer a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $30–$40 per hour plus commissions, overtime, bonuses, and a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
• Commercial refrigeration experience, including servicing walk‑in coolers and freezers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system problems.
• Service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment.
• Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk‑in coolers and freezers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Service boilers, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini‑splits, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues.
• Complete emergency repairs safely and efficiently.
• Clearly explain system issues and recommended repairs to customers.
• Provide professional and respectful customer service on every call.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
• Keep your company‑provided service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable codes.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for our residential and commercial customers.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience servicing boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini‑splits, and related HVAC equipment

• Ability to perform physical HVAC service work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
