Job summary

Grille Mechanical Contractors is urgently seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our New Jersey team. You will service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems and commercial refrigeration equipment, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,000 after 90 days, a range of benefits, and opportunities to advance within a family-owned company that has served New Jersey for over 40 years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with residential and light commercial HVAC service.
• Commercial refrigeration experience preferred (walk-in fridges/freezers).
• Experience with boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini splits and ductwork.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and customer focused.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Service, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.

We are urgently looking to hire experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team!

$1,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.

Candidates must have minimum 3 years experience with HVAC Service.

HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC Systems
• Service, repair, and maintenance of commercial Refrigeration Equipment
• Troubleshooting/Diagnosing and Repairing HVAC systems
• Performing routine preventative maintenance service
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Keeping detailed logs and records of all service work performed
• Maintaining service truck

Qualifications/Requirements

• ***Minimum of 3 Years Experience with Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Service***
• Commercial Refrigeration experience required (ex: maintenance of walk-in fridges & freezers)
• Experience with installation and service of boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini split systems and ductwork
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Must be willing and eager to work in a fast paced environment with a rapidly growing company
• Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Job requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions
• Must have clean and valid Driver’s License
