Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC service is required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow.
• Good communication with customers and team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

What You’ll Do

Follow our 6-step process for how to run a service call the professional way—no shortcuts.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Accurately troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow issues
• Perform thorough system evaluations and identify potential problems
• Clearly explain your findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Present repair and replacement options professionally and honestly
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Help mentor and develop less-experienced technicians as you grow

What We’re Looking For

You should be:

• Experienced in residential HVAC service
• Strong at diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow systems
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship
• Willing to learn, improve, and continue developing your skills
• Coachable and open to learning new techniques and processes
• A team player who wants to help those around you succeed
• Committed to accurately diagnosing problems and doing the job right
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification and applicable Alabama HVAC credentials preferred
