LeoForce in Fairfax, VA seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support Residential and Commercial clients across the Northern Virginia/DMV area. You will diagnose, service, and maintain a variety of HVAC equipment, including VRV/VRF systems, RTUs, DOAS, split and water-cooled units, with a take-home company vehicle and dispatching from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field service experience.
• Experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Experience with VRV/VRF, RTUs, DOAS, Split or Water-Cooled systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls HVAC issues.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and responding to service calls.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record; no DUI/DWI history.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and service a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Dispatch from home; operate take-home company vehicle.
• Work on VRV/VRF systems, RTUs, DOAS, split, and water-cooled systems.
• Support residential, multifamily, and commercial customers in Northern Virginia/DMV.
• Collaborate with team; opportunity to advance to foreman.

Salary: $35 - $50 per hour

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team supporting Residential and Commercial customers throughout the Northern Virginia/DMV region. This position offers a take-home company vehicle, and Technicians are generally dispatched directly from home. You'll maintain, diagnose, and service a variety of equipment, including VRV/VRF Systems, Rooftop Units (RTUs), DOAS Units, Split Systems, and Water-Cooled Systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Technician or Foreman looking for strong compensation, varied Commercial work, and greater independence in the field.

Job Details

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of HVAC field service experience
• Experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Commercial HVAC equipment
• Experience with VRV/VRF Systems, RTUs, DOAS Units, Split Systems, or Water-Cooled Systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related HVAC issues
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to service calls
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• No DUI/DWI history

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with both Commercial Service and Service Projects
• HVAC Foreman, Lead Technician, or supervisory experience
• Construction warranty support experience
• Daikin and AAON equipment experience
• VA, DC, or MD Journeyman License
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
