Frymire Home Services is seeking an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician in Dallas, TX. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing and maintaining HVAC units in residential settings while educating customers about their systems and optional services.
You’ll travel to job sites, collaborate with dispatch, and follow Frymire’s service Method. EPA certification is required; NATE is preferred. A strong customer-oriented approach and a clean driving record are essential.

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience minimum
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems
Knowledge of the technician turnover process, including identifying replacement opportunities and transitioning qualified leads to a comfort advisor
Experience presenting repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
Ability to complete system diagnostics and document findings accurately
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
