SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Northern Virginia is seeking an HVAC Service Technician with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience. You will diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, explain issues and costs clearly, and present repair or replacement options—earning trust through honesty and professional delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Strong technical chops and people skills; you can fix and close the sale.
• Self-starter who takes ownership from arrival to final handshake.
• Clean driving record and reliability for routine service calls.

What you'll be doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems with speed and precision
• Walking customers through what's wrong, what it costs, and why — in plain English, no jargon-dumping
• Presenting repair and replacement options with the kind of honesty that turns a one-time call into a customer for life
• Representing SwiftPro's name on every doorstep — clean work, clean truck, clean reputation

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years of hands‑on HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 certification
• The rare combo of strong technical chops and strong people skills — you can fix the system and close the sale
• A self-starter who takes ownership of the job from arrival to final handshake
• A clean driving record and the grit to do this work right, every time
