Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Carmel, IN to deliver world-class service for residential heating and cooling systems. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, while recommending upgrades and service plans to improve home comfort.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

• Deliver World-Class Service: Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance: Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans: Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools (Service Titan) and inventory control systems.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication with both customers and the office team.
• Professionalism: Clean professional appearance and demeanor.
• License/Certification: EPA Certification (Required).

Competitive Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and knowledge, with hourly pay plus spiff and commission opportunities.
