Job Description

We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and service repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems. We offer plenty of hours, 401K, health and dental insurance, bonuses, a take-home vehicle, paid holidays, and paid vacation. We are a family-owned and operated business serving the area since 1989.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine preventive maintenance.
2. Service, inspect, and diagnose air conditioning system problems.
3. Repair or replace parts as needed.
4. Participate in an “on call” rotation schedule with on-call bonus pay.
5. Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain problems and repairs to customers.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
2. Detail-oriented, with a good work ethic and reliability.
3. Good driving record.
4. Experience with Trane equipment is preferred but not required.
5. Experience with communicating systems is preferred but not required.
6. Valid driver’s license.
7. EPA certification.
8. Ability to pass a drug test.
