Penguin Air, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Service Technician to perform HVAC maintenance and repair for residential systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, run safety tests, and report findings to homeowners while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, with potential incentives and bonuses based on performance. Work involves serving customers at their homes, maintaining truck inventory, and processing basic payments

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
