Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to provide expert service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems in the Blountville, TN area. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service.

• Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
• Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
• Remain customer service focused.

Your main Tasks:

• Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.

• Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
• Remain customer service focused.

Experience or Certification needed:

• 5 years of HVAC Service Experience.
• EPA universal certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 preferred.

You need to be able to:

• Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
• On call availability.
• Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
• Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
• Work efficiently in confined spaces.
• Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
