Job summary

Gentry Service Group in Asheville, NC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Western North Carolina team. This on-site role offers hourly pay plus commissions, spiffs, and performance bonuses, with 3 weeks of PTO and paid training.

Required: 2+ years of service experience, valid driver's license with insurable record, EPA certified, and NATE certification (or within 1 year). HVAC training preferred.

HVAC Service Technician

Work Hours: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Scale: Hourly + commissions, spiffs, and performance bonuses.
