Job summary

Zohorecruit in Asheville, NC is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems. You will educate customers on products and maintenance, perform routine service, and help ensure codes and safety standards.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30am–4:00pm, with overtime after 40 hours. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour plus a sign-on bonus up to $5,000; benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401k.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenanceneeds.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Schedule:
