Job summary

Oceanside Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair home heating and cooling systems. You will perform maintenance, evaluate systems, and clearly explain repair options to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune‑ups, and system evaluations.
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer guidelines and residential code requirements.
• Accurately complete service tickets and maintain organized documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked service vehicle.
