Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Service work and site maintenance for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work.
• Inspect vehicles, check vehicle condition and cleanliness, and maintain records of service, scheduling, and repairs.
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear, notify customers and/or Operations Manager of findings.
• Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
• Serve as a direct customer contact, representing the company professionally.
• Determine parts needed for repairs and ensure timely procurement.
• Record parts, materials, labor, and other costs per assignment and return unused resources.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports promptly.
• Stay current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Work overtime/weekends as necessary and accommodate regular travel, including some overnight stays.
