Job summary

East Texas Refrigeration (ETR) is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for Longview, TX. Join a trusted team and diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Competitive pay, weekly pay, and a company vehicle.

You'll respond to service calls, provide clear reports, and deliver excellent customer service while following safety protocols. Requirements include 3+ years of hands-on experience and EPA Type II certification; Texas license preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential & commercial HVAC service experience (required).
• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred (walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, etc.).
• Previous experience as a lead technician or foreman is a strong plus.
• EPA Type II certification (required).
• TDLR Technician license (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, diagnostics, and safety protocols.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial & residential HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Complete clear and accurate service reports (including parts used and work performed).
• Deliver top-notch customer service and explain system issues to customers clearly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure jobs are completed safely and on schedule.
