Qualifications
- HVAC service technician to install, assemble and maintain HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC pipefitting.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in HVAC installation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Install, assemble and repair HVAC piping systems (chilled water, steam, gas).
- Collaborate with owners, contractors and field staff on projects.
- Read blueprints and schematics; interpret diagrams.
- Maintain tools and equipment; ensure safe operation.
